***IMPORTANT NOTICE OF ACTIONS TO BE TAKEN***

Bankwest of Kansas is converting operations with The Bank.  Official conversion of services will take place February 10, 2025.  This includes ONLINE ACCOUNT ACCESS and BILL PAY functions.  It is important to complete the following list NO LATER THAN February 7, 2025!

 

- Download Online Statements for ALL accounts you have with Bankwest of Kansas

- Screen shot details for any RECURRING transfers you have so you can easily set them up with The Bank.  Online/mobile transfers will not be available through Bankwest of Kansas after February 5.  Plan accordingly.

- BILL PAY USERS:  In order to preserve your payee details for use on The Bank website, screen shot and save/print the details screen of every payee you need to continue paying.

We are excited for this conversion as there are new services coming for Online Banking and Bill Pay such as account-to-account (A2A) and person-to-person (P2P) payments.  

Your username will remain the same on The Bank.  On or after February 10, 2025, you will go to www.thebankks.com to login and there will be prompts for setting your unique password.

To report a lost or stolen debit card, please contact your local branch immediately to avoid unauthorized charges.
